Directions to Our Office from I-95

Coming from the South:

• Exit I-95 at Palmetto Park Road and turn Left traveling West to Military Trail.
• Turn Right on Military Trail and travel North to the 2nd light and turn Left into the Tyco Building
• Drive past the parking garage traveling through the pedestrian walkway.  Once past the parking garage you will see the MedPlex 2 storey building.
• WellnessMD is in the very NorthWest corner of the MedPlex building, suite 104.

Coming from the North:

• Exit I-95 at Glades Road and turn Right traveling West to Butts Road and turn Left.
• Travel South on Butts Road to the end of the road and turn Left on Town Center Boulevard.
  
• Travel East to the first Right, which will be the Tyco Building and turn Right.
• Go to stop sign and turn right.  You will see the MedPlex Building.
  
• WellnessMD is in the very NorthWest corner of the MedPlex building, suite 104.
